Changes In The Way You Invest In Property

Over the past weeks, our lives have changed considerably.  And we’re now in unchartered territory.

Never before have our day-to-day movements been restricted like this.

As a result, we’ve had to make some changes to the way we operate. Since residential construction is still considered an essential service, there is very little interruption to the building process. However, our Display Homes are now operating on an appointment-only basis and we’re no longer conducting open houses.

Additionally, our sales process has undergone some fundamental changes in order to continue providing a high level of service to our customers.  We also plan to use some of this extra free time to help you understand the investment process. So once things start to improve, you’ll be educated, pre-approved and ready to act.

1. PROPERTY VIDEOS

We are currently creating a stock of investment property videos showing our real properties. Here is one we recently completed:

2. FINANCIAL CASH FLOW REPORTS VIA VIDEO CONFERENCEWe’re now providing free financial analysis demonstrations followed up with emailed reports.

These are done via video and screen sharing programs so that anyone who has a computer and the internet is able to register for this.

These financial demonstrations create reports that calculate your cash flow, taking into account insurance, loan repayments (P&I or IO), property depreciation and also the rental income - which is fixed and guaranteed for 3 years.

This is an essential step to understanding the financial benefits which are specific to you and your financial situation.
