Of course, no-one can know about all the different property markets in Australia – there are just too many. Specialising in South-East Queensland means we have an in-depth knowledge of the region, any new land releases and where it’s best to buy. We’re also able to secure great land in the best housing estates because of our strong long-term relationship with key developers.
While we build investment properties mainly on the Sunshine Coast, we also cover good growth areas on the Gold Coast and in outer Brisbane. Importantly, we don’t look for the best areas to live in – we’re after the best areas to invest in.
All our property locations must adhere to strict investment criteria such as strong population growth; a local workforce that has multiple industries; and government investment in infrastructure projects. Other must-haves include access to public transport, a good local road network and close proximity to schools, recreation facilities, retail centres and employment hubs.
