The forms are a nightmare, but he helped us to do that. We could call him at any time, for anything, and he gave us advice every step of the way. There was a lot of trust. We could really trust him. We didn't have a lot of time to be managing the process and Jason and Dwyer Property Investments did all of that, really, for us. The type of property that we chose, we built off the plan. Everything was chosen for us, we didn't have to go through that process either. There's a three-year rental guarantee, so we have peace of mind for three years that our property will be getting rent even if our property is not rented. It is rented at the moment, but we still have that peace of mind for three years.
