Banks won’t pay out more than what’s been approved, so it’s important to make sure that everything is included in the initial contract price and investors know the full cost upfront.
Dwyer’s investment properties are rent-ready, which means they come with everything tenants want and need – right down to window furnishings and a clothes line. One of the benefits of dealing with a company that takes care of both the construction and the management of a rental property is our depth of knowledge. And, unlike many other builders, we include all these extras in the building contract.
